Flora(Barrel aged Wheat Saison) is our Wheat Saison (Florence), brewed with Butterworks Farm Organic Vermont Winter Wheat, aged for 8 months in French Oak wine barrels and complimented by the terroir of our resident microflora… Batch 1: Corked. Blend of barrels. Batch 2: Gold Cap. No cork. Blend. Batch 3: Silver cap. Blend of barrels. Inoculated with culture from our coolship experiments
