Beer Description
Brewed exclusively with German malts, we set aside a small amount of the grain bill, which was smoked at Gene’s Sausage Shop with hickory and cherry wood.
Gene’s Sausage Bock is a slightly smoked Helles Bock brewed in collaboration with our friend’s at Gene’s Sausage Shop (Chicago, IL). We love German beers and sausages at the brewery and wanted to create the perfect beer to drink with any German fare. The result is an awesome, drinkable lager which pairs perfectly with sausages, pretzels, fried foods and spaetzel.
