A table beer, bready and hazy, and lower in alcohol than most of our beers. The special house yeast used in this saison lends a slightly funky and pastoral profile. Best enjoyed on a communal farmhouse table while the sun is still out, better yet a baby cow and goat would do nicely to set the scene too.
