Beer Description
To commemorate our first year of commercial brewing, we have created a refreshingly tart Berliner Weisse that was dry hopped with over 2lbs per barrel of Galaxy and finished with over 600lbs of Blood Orange puree. The resulting beer will provide you with tons of citrus peel, orange juice and hay aromatics. The flavor profile is quite tart up front and gradually moves towards layers of fruit juice, bitter orange rind, tropical fruit and a champagne-like finish.
