Beer Description
This beer is incredibly fruity and absolutely bone dry (0 Plato!) with hints of orange peel, clove and sawdust.
This amber farmhouse ale is the cousin of our first commercially produced saison, Saison Primero. We went with amber malts to contribute a cherry-like sweetness. Fermented with our house saison strain and finished off with a variety of Brettanomyces strains
