Beer Description
A slightly hoppy, well attenuated, balanced ale, with the smooth clean crispness of a lager.
“Alt” means “old beer” in a sense of an old-time style. This beer was brewed in the German tradition using ale yeast at cooler ale temperatures, then long cold aged. The bronzed copper color and subtle malt characters come from 2-Row, Munich and Black Malts. Traditional Hallertau noble hops provide for the assertive Dusseldorf hop profile.
