Our white uses orange peel, grapefruit peel, coriander, and ginger to add complexity making it unlike any other.
Our white uses orange peel, grapefruit peel, coriander, and ginger to add complexity making it unlike any other. The beer you are holding is a different take on a White beer. We use a saison yeast strain to create a beer with citrus aromas and flavor. Like our Saison we use an extended secondary maturation and bottle conditioning to ensure all these unique qualities are preserved and evolve over time.
This beer pours with a voluminous white head from a high percentage of raw wheat. Aroma is of orange zest and orange blossoms combined with hints of saffron. The flavor is crisp, clean and dry with a supple tartness. A summer brew that is great year-round.
