Beer Description
Soft aromas of vanilla, hints of lightly toasted bread with added accents of honey and butterscotch.
Aged for two months with untoasted French oak and medium-toast American oak. 20% of the cider was aged in The Cider Farm’s apple brandy barrel. Blend of Red Delicious and MN Haralson apples. Haralson is a Minnesota apple developed ~100 years ago.
Soft aromas of vanilla, hints of lightly toasted bread with added accents of honey and butterscotch. Like a very refreshing, lightly oaked white wine. Great enjoyment on its own.
