Beer Description
“Yeast Driven Beer
Four Seasons Saison is our collaboration with a homebrewer that won our annual Morgan Cup homebrew competition. It also served as our Pro-Am entry into the Great American Beer Festival for 2018. The malt base for this beer is a complex mix of malted grains to balance the many flavors the yeast produces during fermentation. The result is a mix of some light toast or bread flavors complemented by citrus, spice and earth.”
