Beer Description
A lighter version of the great scotch ales, this representation we intended those great scotch whiskeys.
We used a small amount of malt smoked over peat and aged this copper colored beer in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels, which created a great blend of a caramel malt body, earthy aromas and flavors and a touch of whiskey.
