Beer Description
Aged in freshly dumped oak bourbon barrels for 9+ months, imparts not only a slight bourbon flavor but hints of vanilla, oak and a slight fruitiness.
The flavors have meld well together during the aging time in the barrels. Doc’s pours a light copper color with a slight tan head. Sweet aromas of malt, caramel and earthy smoke/roastiness with a slight bourbon fruity character.
