Beer Description
Brewed with a dehusked German malt that gives it a black and silky look, without the bitter roastiness you find in other dark beers. A variety of Columbus and Cascade hops were used quite generously to help balance out the large malt bill.
Hops – Columbus, Cascade
Malts – Pale Ale, Caramel 60, Carafa III
