Beer Description
A wonderfully unusual Michigan cider inspired by traditional Mexican tepache. Uncle John’s blends its crisp apple hard cider with juicy pineapple, rich piloncillo sugar, cinnamon sticks and whole cloves, creating a bright, tropical cider with warming spice and a gently sweet, fruity character. Pineapple leads the way, backed by fresh apple, caramelized brown-sugar notes and an aromatic touch of cinnamon and clove. Refreshing, distinctive and exceptionally food-friendly.
