Multiple barrels and mixed fermentations were used to create an easy drinking Saison that finishes with a touch of funkiness.
This blended Saison is truly a unique beer. Multiple Saisons were brewed with French, Belgian, and Sake yeast strains. A mixed variety of red wine and tequila barrels provides a range of complementary barrel characters of fruit, oak, and earthiness.
