Seen from above, the earth must indeed seem a strange island. Seen from below, it’s still pretty strange. One just doesn’t realize it’s an island until one has been all the way around.
Hope you enjoy this collaboration with Revelry Brewing Company of Charleston, South Carolina as much as we enjoyed brewing it. Saison with Juniper, Pine, and Red Bay, oh boy! Brewed with heritage grains sourced from both North and South Carolina. Seashore Black Rye, Indigo Blue Corn, Jimmy Red Corn, Farro Wheat and Two and Six Row Barley.
