Two years ago, we dedicated the opening of our tasting room to a wonderful woman. Today, we celebrate her life and cherish the wonderful memories we have of her. We are thrilled to release Baccara, a smooth, velvety chocolate stout, finished with hints of succulent cherries, much like the petals of the Black Baccara Rose. This special release is named for our owner’s departed Grandmother, Rose Derise.
