Beer Description
The California Raspberry Blossom is a lovely addition to the Heidrun portfolio. It belongs in the category of our lighter-bodied, more Champagne-like meads and distinguishes itself from the others in that category by its subtle notes of green olive, oak and dill (that’s not an ingredient list; those characteristics are coming from the raspberry flower nectar itself). It’s bright, light straw translucence is crisp and beautiful. Enjoy this varietal with grilled or smoked fish, asparagus or endive salad.
