Beer Description
We collaborated with our good friends at Radicle Effect Brewerks in the quad cities, (Rock Island, IL more specifically) to bring you Quadraläch (pr. kwad-ra-lock). Quadraläch is a dark lager brewed with 4 different special sugars, aged in bourbon barrels, and fermented with a lager yeast. This malt-forward beer, even with a posted 42.5 IBU, has low hop aromas and flavors and caramel and toast compliments to the bourbon character. Straight from the fermenter to the barrels, Quadraläch does not have a “base beer” version available, and technically is our first lager produced.
