A pre-prohibition-style lager brewed in collaboration with Brooklyn’s Strong Rope Brewery. This beer is brewed solely with New York State-grown ingredients: Pilsner malt from Valley Malt, Corn Grits from Farmer Ground Flour in Trumansburg, and an heirloom hop very fittingly called โNew Yorkโ from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle. Clean, dry, and citrusy with some corn in the aroma.โ
