Beer Description
Rose’ IPA is an IPA that combines the intricate hop flavors with subtle nuances of a wine.
A small amount of Malbec red wine juice was added during fermentation to deliver a subtle complexity and a light pink tint. Then we chose Nelson Sauvin dry hops which contain wine notes to compliment the grape flavor. Rose’ IPA was designed to be a classy, delicate IPA that showcases a blend similar flavors from different sources. A smooth and ripe 6.7 % abv.
