Beer Description
The taste is highly resinous, dank-citrus, pine, juicy, with a chewy mouth feel and a firm and pointed bitterness.
Hoptimization is a DIPA series that investigates how changing different aspects of hops changes the DIPAs, which will allow us to optimize our hops and hopping procedure (set that pde = 0). Hoptimization 3 is a 8.5% DIPA that investigates the interplay between our ale strain and an intensive Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy forward hop bill woven four times into its creative process. It pours a very murky tangerine color.
