Quadraläch is a dark lager brewed with 4 different special sugars, aged in bourbon barrels, and fermented with a lager yeast. This malt-forward beer, even with a posted 42.5 IBU, has low hop aromas and flavors and caramel and toast compliments to the bourbon character.
