A limited-release Bock-strength Rauchbier aged in bourbon barrels from Koval Distillery (approximately 9% ABV). Koval Distillery was the first distillery to open in Chicago since Prohibition and produces organic and kosher spirits; Dovetail and Koval are both located in the Malt Row District in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood.
