Beer Description
A Wine Source and Waverly collaboration beer, named in honor of our friend Brenton Garis, an employee of both The Wine Source and Waverly. “The Garis” is a Double Dry Hopped IPA brewed with Motueka, Simcoe, and Amarillo Hops. The majority of the hopping both in the boil and post boil additions were done with Motueka, a hop varietal known for its distinctive fresh crushed citrus character, lively lemon lime notes with background hints of various tropical fruits.
