Beer Description
East Village IPA is our ode to the neighborhood that our Des Moines Branch calls home and it’s our first beer ever made with Mosaic hops. Generous amounts of Mosaic and Citra hops are added multiple times in the boil and in dry hopping contributing to the citrus, piney, fruity, and floral aroma and taste. This hoppy brew uses pale malted varieties of barley for a balanced malt flavor.
