Brewed with a healthy portion of New York State ingredients. Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo add citrusy character balanced by piney NYS hops from Pedersen Farms.
This clean, balanced New York City Pale Ale is created in collaboration with nine NYC breweries that opened their doors in ’17. Brewed with a healthy portion of New York State ingredients, this simple malt bill of 2-row and NYS heirloom wheat lays the foundation for large additions of Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops. The hops add a fruity, citrusy character balanced by piney NYS hops from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle, NY.
