TGI Simcoe’s! Collab release with @cellarmakerbrewing! Supremely excited about this maximally swag DIPA collab! Shane and Tim put heads together to compile the best knowledge about DIPA brewing and they agreed: thank goodness for Simcoe! Using a combination of our favorite Simcoe, their favorite Simcoe, backed up by a little Citra and Mosaic and fermented with three (!!!) different yeasts, we’ve created a triumph of brewing skill and hop selection prowess! Plus Tim and Connor came to hang out at the brewery and they’re rad. It’s good to have friends!
