A tart and cherry forward sour with a perfect acidity level with 800lbs of Montmorency Cherries.
An equal blend of Wood Folk and Raspberry PGS totaling 14 bbls was then refermented on 800lbs of Montmorency Cherries to produce a tart and cherry forward sour with a perfect acidity level.
