Beer Description
Milk sugar smoothness. No addition of hops during the brew process results in low bitterness. Dry hop of Citra, Motueka, and Mosaic for tropical aroma.
For the 12th iteration of our rotating IPA series, we looked to one of our favorites from our 5th Anniversary – Zero Cool. We’ve upped the grain bill to give this dude a solid ABV of 7.5%, bigger body, and added a touch of milk sugar for added smoothness. We’ve still eliminated the addition of hops during the brew process resulting in extra-low bitterness. Adaptation 12 is rocking ?THE LARGEST? dry hop we have ever done. Citra, Motueka, and Mosaic hops provide giant aroma and bold tropical flavors.
