A wave of tropical passion fruit is balanced by the salinity from an addition of Hawaiian Alaea sea salt with a touch of lactic tartness.
Mead with Passion Fruit, Sea Salt and Coriander added. This gose-inspired mead is a tribute to a historic brew that has once again found renewed popularity. With their rise from obscurity, an on-going project with the gose-style and mead only seemed fitting. A wave of tropical passion fruit is balanced by the salinity from an addition of Hawaiian Alaea sea salt with a touch of lactic tartness. This is our third installment in the Gose Project series.
