Beer Description
Uses over 400 lbs of fresh wet hops just on the hot side alone of the brewing process. We stuff in even more after fermentation is done.
Maria and her dad had an onion label from their farm in Granger that we repurposed to carry on the legacy. Maria was also involved in growing the hops for this beer. This IPA uses over 400 lbs of fresh wet hops just on the hot side alone of the brewing process. We stuff in even more after fermentation is done. So much that the entire cone of our fermenter is filled up with Simcoe® Hops.
Stuff in this beer: Northwest Premium Malts, Warrior®, Centennial and Simcoe® hops, Yeast and Water
Statistics: 5.2° Lovibond, 68 IBUs, 6.5% ABV
Available in 1/6 and 1/2 BBL Kegs in both Commercial and Retail during September and October only.
