Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with the NYC Brewers Guild for the 5th Annual Blocktoberfest. A soft, pillowy northeast DIPA brewed with a touch of lactose. Hopped minimally in the kettle/whirlpool but then crushed with citra and amarillo at a rate of 5lbs/bbl spread over two dry hops. Huge notes of papaya, mango, and citrus with a smooth creamy finish.
