Are you a capturer? Spelt adventurer? ‘See the morning sun’ in every pint when drinking this classic heirloom Hefeweizen brewed on Bob Marley’s Birthday. Dinkel is German for spelt, an heirloom wheat variety that can be traced back to 5000 BC and became the staple grain of peasants from the Bronze Age to medieval times. Capture aromas of clove, banana and bubblegum while adventuring with flavors of sweet bread and a spicy dry finish. ‘I’m a rebel, spelt rebel.’
