A project over two years in the making. “Act One” is a 100% coolship-captured spontaneously fermented Kriek-style lambic beer aged on Balaton Cherries. Dry with smooth cherry character and deep brettanomyces funk. The curtains have been raised, the lights dimmed. Please silence your cell phone now and enjoy the show.
