Our head brewer, Chris, is about to tie the knot. Married life will teach you a lot, but he’s already learned that when a brewer gets married, he’s expected to brew a wedding beer. He acted accordingly, brewing this Belgian Tripel and letting his wife-to-be, Kate, name it. Expect some notes of banana, clove, and holy matrimony.
