Beer Description
Pours a pale straw colour with medium dry palate. Smooth and pleasantly mellow, with sweet, tart, sherbety notes giving way to a ripe pear finish. Made from the family orchard pears. Once fully ripe, our pears are milled and pommace left to mascerate overnight to soften the flavours before pressing. The juice is fermented and matured with minimum intervention for several months to allow development of a full bodied, rounded character.
