Beer Description
This collaboration beer with Forest to Fork is a traditional ESB with Fuggles and East Kent Goldings. Oh, we also steeped Chaga Mushrooms from our wonderful neighbors in the whirlpool. Chaga is a very hard mushroom that is often times used in tea. It imparts a mild bitterness and woodsy characteristic that compliments the floral/resinous hop profile.
