Beer Description
Citra and Galaxy hops added during pasteurization, and Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops used in the dry hop. Velvety body, ultra-light color, and dense haze.
Collab with Free Will Brewing Co. and Wolf Brewing Co., this is our debut no-boil hazy IPA. After a unique mash, the wort was pasteurized at a temperature well below boiling. Citra and Galaxy hops were added during the pasteurization phase, and Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops were used in the dry hop. The no-boil process leads to a velvety body, ultra-light color, and dense haze.
