We wanted to capture the essence of the iconic Summertime treat: a salt water taffy. A kettle soured ale brewed with lemon peel and sea salt, and lactose to give it a slightly creamier mouth-feel. Tart and refreshing this beer is the perfect companion for goinโ down the shore!
