Beer Description
A special collaboration between Iron Horse Brewery and Elizabeth Station. It is a Waison. i.e. a Wheat-Saison. And yes we did make up that style. It a wheat beer fermented with a French Saison yeast and aromatized with Amarillo and Willamette hops both in the kettle and dry hopped. Itβs a smooth, refreshing, summery beer with a distinct champagne like bubbliness.
