A Malt Driven Beer
The Cushman is our interpretation of an Munich Helles Lager. 100% German Weyermann Malts are used to build a flavor base that is lightly honeyed with subtle bread notes. Saphir hops (Floral/Citrus) are used judiciously in the boil to provide a subtle balance to this easy drinking beer that is lagered 6 weeks for smoothness. Light-bodied with elevated carbonation.
