Beer Description
This beer is fermented to complete dryness, creating a light-bodied, effervescent ale. Bravada is inspired by our favorite bubbly wines and boasts low carbs and low calories. With a beautiful pale straw color, intense aromatics, and fruity flavors, itβs the perfect beer to toast accomplishments big and small.
Hops: Cashmere, Idaho Gem, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot
Process: Bravada is brewed with primarily pilsner malt. The hop profile begins with Idaho Gem and Ekuanot in the whirlpool, followed by a high dry hopping dose of Cashmere, Idaho Gem, Citra and Mosaic are sourced directly from Gooding Farms in Idaho, a 6th generation family farm run by sisters Diane and Michelle Gooding.
Aroma & Tasting Notes: Aromas of orange peel, lychee, gooseberry jam, spice lead to flavors of citrus and tropical cocktails.
