Beer Description
As the weather starts to get cooler, and daylight hours shorter, our tastes in IPA shift from light and sessionable to something with a little more oomph. This IPA is made with Citra, Simocie, Mosaic, and Azacca hops. The nose is floral and lightly fruity with notes of raw hemp. The taste leans toward bright fresh pear, pine, and white wine with undertones of tropical fruit and honeydew melon.
