Riwaka from New Zealand. Known for it’s sauvignon blanc-like tropical bouquet w/ a bit of sticky diesel, paired w/ freshly harvested, super punchy Strata hops from Oregon.
A name that’s all about what we preach; the fresher the better when it comes to hoppy beer. This “Westy” is no exception, and it’s brewed with one of the most elusive hops out there – Riwaka from New Zealand. Known for it’s sauvignon blanc-like tropical bouquet with a bit of sticky diesel, we’ve paired it up with freshly harvested, super punchy Strata hops from Oregon.
