“A Hop Driven Beer
BruBro is a modern West Coast IPA. We minimize the malt bill to 2-Row, Pilsner, and Oats (for soft mouthfeel) to provide a light unassuming platform for the hops. We used two new hops for this brew, including a hop that has a native North American parent, Neomexicanus. Sabro (Citrus/Coconut, neomexicanus) and BRU-1 (Pineapple/Tropical) bring refreshing flavors to produces engaging aromas of mango, tropical fruit (lychee) and coconut. Itβs medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
