Years ago when west coast IPA died, we cried our eyes out and did our absolute darndest to keep our heads up about it. With the resurrection of this clear & bitter style, we utilized a hop variety that is at the beginning of it鈥檚 life, Strata. Enjoyment is just the beginning. Showcasing the lighter color we associate with our California IPA鈥檚, this beer is all about that satisfyingly clean bitterness, it鈥檚 lean body, and flavorful layers of stinky guava, pineapple candy, and Riesling from all those rad hops.
