Beer Description
This beer was brewed a year ago and allowed to rest in barrels that we got as part of a collaborative trade with Reason Beer. The barrels we received, had once used raspberries in them, and their character, while subtle, is noticeable throughout the beer. After 11 months in barrels the resulting Wild Ale has an inviting aroma of ripe red berries and dried apricot. The flavor is bright and tart with more berries notes alongside lemon and a mild earthy funk. On first sip the body is juice like but it quickly dries out and makes for a refreshing finish
