Beer Description
Blonde base aged in a red wine barrel that then received some second-use black currants as well as a light dose of blueberries.
Blend of Circle Tour: Oak Aged and Saison Meer: Buckwheat with a little bit of a version of L’Internationale: Blueberry & Spent Black Currant. Circle Tour was an experimental blonde hoppy beer that we then added to a neutral oak barrel with our culture. The L’Internationale version that went into this was the blonde base aged in a red wine barrel that then received some second-use black currants as well as a light dose of blueberries.
