Beer Description
The Saison style was traditionally brewed at farmhouses in Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium, during the late Spring months. True to tradition, our Saison du Fermier has soft fruity (lemony) notes accented by peppery flavors produced by a special strain of yeast. The spicy hop character and clean, very dry, slightly tart finish yield a beer that is extremely pleasing to drink during the summer months, as well as being food friendly. Try our Saison du Fermier with Mussels or Blackened Chicken Salad.
