Beer Description
Chaos & Caffeine, our Imperial Milk Porter with Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Vertigo Coffee Beans. The coffee that was selected with the help of their roaster extraordinaire, Ryan Morris, was their Mission Blend. His notes on the coffee – “Dark Chocolate and roasted almond mellowed by a zesty citrus and honey sweetness. The Mission blend features coffees from Latin America consistently, currently 100% from the region of Chimaltenango in Guatemala. Classic, durable, dependable, yet full of nuances like its namesake Mission San Juan Bautista, the anchor of our small town and community”. We’re huge fans of Ryan’s coffee and are stoked with what it did to our beer. The base recipe came from a beer we brewed with a few of our homebrewing buddies
